This monthly package includes January 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29 at a discounted rate of $11/session. Join Physical Therapist Shantay Mayes and her team as they work to improve your athlete's speed, coordination, strength and dynamic balance, and decrease risk of injury through a semi-tailored approach. Preseason Academy is designed to identify and address any movement deficiencies your athlete may have, through a preliminary movement screen, as well as provide general training for high level balance, speed, agility and injury prevention to ultimately enhance their overall athletic performance and prepare them for the year ahead. *Participant must have underwent an FMS Screen to be eligible to participate.
