Service Description
We're talking Battle Ropes. Box Jumps. Beast Mode-Mom Moves to make you sweat (even more so than chasing that toddler around!). This 8-week, intermediate level, 30-minute circuit style program is designed for busy moms looking to get an effective, guided, high intensity workout squeezed into their week, with your little one in tow - or while your little one enjoys supervised playtime on our mini indoor playground. Designed and instructed by Physical Therapist Shantay Mayes, the program utilizes body weight, free weights and minimal equipment to achieve results. And don't worry - with a PT supervising, we promise you won't combust! The class start time is fluid, so you can show up anytime between the hours of 4:30-5:30 to jump into the circuit. Join us for an engaging and effective workout where both you and your child can have fun and stay active! Not interested in committing to 8 weeks?
